How does the police know that the DNA fingerprint found on an item of property is yours ... if they don't have a record of it? If you use a DNA Mark kit such as DNA Print-Kit, you have a combination of fingerprinting, DNA and UV marking at your disposal. The kit contains a UV Marker Pen, A UV torch, a DNA Fingerprint Pad and some Tamperproof tags. Simply press your thumb in the DNA Fingerprint pad and press it on the base of your item. The DNA Fingerprint Pad contains a technically advanced UV product that is saturated with selected sequences of DNA strands embedded in the security ink. Take the UV marker and write your door number and postcode or telephone number or company name etc. When police recover any property, they will use an Ultra Violet lamp to detect any UV property marks. They will see yours and hey presto! the property can be rturned to you. If you don't mark your property, the police won't have a clue it is yours. The DNA Print Kit will mark hundreds of items - cost? £38.00. It might work out at a penny per item.

Marks placed on objects
will last indefinitely. The UV ink is of very high quality, and is now in its
seventh generation. The inventor in his lab tested the first marking by the
Print-Kit eight years ago, and it is still there today.
Is there any recommended way of marking your property?
We suggest placing your fingerprint and personal code in discreet places. For example, take out the battery of your laptop and place your fingerprint/code there, or mark your Great Aunt Charlottes vase under its base. These covert markings will enhance the longevity of the UV in the security ink.
Dont forget too that it is important to record all markings/codes/locations in the inventory ledger included in the Kit.
Will the product adhere to any surface?
DNA Print-Kit markings will adhere to most solid surfaces
paper, wood, pottery, metal. However, we recommend the use of the DNA/
UV ink in an acrylic base for use on highly polished metal surfaces and glass.
This acrylic formula will keep the ink from being rubbed away on these surfaces
during cleaning.
Will the ink deface my property?
No, absolutely not
this is a highly sophisticated and non-toxic composition. Extensive forensic
testing of the UV ink shows that it will not damage or degrade the surface of
marked items.
Why would I need the DNA Print-Kit?
We live in times where identity theft, forgery, counterfeiting, burglary and diversion have become more rampant. If your possessions are lost or stolen and recovered, your items can be scanned with a UV detector that is included in the kit. This detector will make your DNA mark visible, which will allow you to prove ownership. Dont forget that it also is important to mark items with both your fingerprint and your personal code. Every mark that is made should also be recorded in the ledger that is included in the Kit.
